Shipping

• Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days from our studio.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India, with tracking shared the moment the courier picks up.
• Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹1,499; below that, a flat ₹99 applies.
• Cash on delivery is available across most serviceable pincodes.
• Every box ships gift-ready — hand-tied ribbon, handwritten card, and no invoice inside.

Replacements

• If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't right, raise a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• Boxes must be unused and in original packaging. Edible items are eligible for replacement only if their individual seals are intact.
• Damaged-on-arrival claims move fastest with a photo of the piece and the packaging; send both to care@uphaar.life.
• Replacements ship at our cost. Where a replacement isn't possible, we'll offer store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

The honest bit

Every box page lists exactly what's inside, so the gift that arrives is the gift you chose. If something still isn't right, the policy above applies without argument.
